I custom-design a fitness training program to support your fitness goals and objectives safely, effectively, and intelligently. Fitness is a component of a well-balanced life, and when incorporated into your daily and weekly routines, it helps to keep your body healthy, and your brain and nervous system resilient and optimally organized. The fitness I practice and teach is not about how much you can lift or how far you can run, or how your body looks, or brute willpower. It's not about mindless exercises, boring routines or the latest trends in the industry. Instead, the fitness that I practice and teach is a high-level engagement of your body, mind and inner experience that enables you to perform powerfully and masterfully. For over 20 years, I have been actively immersed in the world of fitness as an athelete, movement educator, as well as an academic. I have a depth and breadth of skills and understanding of the body that is unique in the fitness industry. The training I provide is about challenging your brain, musculoskeletal system, and inner experience of how you do what you do to elevate your overall fitness to a higher level. I will help you build strong foundations by refining the fundamentals of movement so you can use your body effectively and perform pain-free movements now and in years to come. My approach to fitness and well-being through movement is like no other technique out there: I uphold high standards of discipline and create dynamic, intelligent and innovative exercises and training routines.
